Terms of Use

These terms govern use of this website and the digital products sold on it.

Products

The shop sells digital files only — printable PDFs, MP3 audio, PNG bundles, and short PDF ebooks. Each purchase grants the buyer a personal-use license to download, print, and use the file at home or for personal gifting. Files may not be resold, repackaged, posted publicly, or used in commercial work.

Pricing and payment

Each item displays its price in United States dollars. Stripe processes all payments; this site does not see or store card details.

Subscription products

Two membership tiers are offered: a Monthly Membership at fifty United States dollars per month, billed automatically every thirty days; and a Lifetime Access plan at five hundred United States dollars, billed once.

What an active membership includes. Active members may download every printable, audio file, and short book in the catalog at any time during the active period. New items added to the catalog during an active membership become immediately available. Lifetime members retain download access permanently.

Cancellation. A monthly subscription may be canceled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal link sent in the welcome email and shown in the member library. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle and member access continues through the end of the period already paid for. No partial-period refunds are issued.

Failed billing. Stripe automatically retries a failed monthly charge up to three times across seven days. If all retries fail, the subscription is canceled and member access is suspended.

Pricing changes. Membership pricing may be adjusted for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers retain their original rate.

Delivery

A download link is emailed to the address provided at checkout, typically within one minute of payment. The link remains valid for seven days and permits up to five downloads. Expired links can be regenerated by replying to the order email.

Refunds

The refund policy is published separately at /refund-policy and includes a fourteen-day window for cases of broken files, duplicate charges, or non-delivery, with specific provisions for subscription products.

Acceptable use

Files may be printed, framed, gifted, mailed, or quietly enjoyed for personal use. Public posting of files, sharing of download links, and commercial use without prior written permission are not permitted. The website itself may not be scraped, abused, or interfered with.

Intellectual property

All artwork and writing remain the intellectual property of the studio. Each purchase grants a personal-use license, not ownership.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

These terms may be revised over time. The most current version is always published on this page, with the date of last revision shown below.
