Summary
Because all products on this site are digital files delivered instantly after purchase, refund eligibility is limited. Within fourteen (14) days of the order date, refund requests are honored in the cases listed below.
Eligible refund situations
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method (processed within five to ten business days) in any of the following cases:
- The downloaded file is corrupted, blank, or materially different from the description shown on the product page.
- A duplicate charge was placed on your account due to a payment-system error.
- The download confirmation email was not delivered, provided the email address was entered correctly at checkout.
Subscription refunds
Monthly Membership charges may be refunded within fourteen (14) days only if no member-only files have been downloaded during the billing period.
Lifetime Access payments are refundable within fourteen (14) days of purchase only if no downloads have occurred.
After fourteen days, all subscription charges are final. Cancellation will stop future billing only.
Situations not eligible
- A change of mind after a successful download.
- Purchase of an incorrect product when the listing accurately described the file.
- Inability to open a file using software not specified in the product description.
- Requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the order date.
